We wouldn't call ourselves unique. This company began, like many small businesses, through frustration, heart, and a deep desire to do things differently. As a husband-and-wife team, we built this from the ground up after years of watching good people get taken advantage of. Working for companies that prioritized profits over people wore us down. Time and again, we have seen prices marked up without integrity, and technicians forced to stand behind costs they had no say in. Telling a customer it would be thousands more than it should've been—without any power to change it—was soul-crushing. Eventually, enough was enough.
That experience motivated us to start something better: a company founded on honesty, transparency, and respect. A place where technicians don't go home bitter because they had to mistreat someone, but instead leave a job knowing they did right by the customer.
